Helmut and I have returned from the International Planetarium Society Conference in Baton Rouge that was held this week. We packed the Starlab in our car, drove out there, and set it up for the world to see.
IPS is probably the greatest concentration of planetarium professionals in the entire world. We met with people from not only the United States, but also from all corners of the world: the UK, Australia, France, Germany, Belgium, Nigeria, Ghana, and even Syria.
I took a couple shots of the convention hall for your viewing pleasure. I've never seen so many domes in all my life: 24 to be exact.
